Nile Textile Industries (NTI) was established in 2005 and is proudly rooted in Giza, Egypt, growing into a trusted industrial partner serving international markets. We combine Egyptian craftsmanship heritage with advanced manufacturing technology and a deep understanding of international market requirements to deliver textile products to customers around the world.
تمتد منشأتنا الصناعية على مساحة ٨٣,٠٠٠ متر مربع في كفر حكيم، كرداسة، الجيزة، بما يوفّر لنا النطاق والقدرات المتكاملة اللازمة لخدمة أهم الأسواق الدولية مع الحفاظ على قاعدة تصنيع مصرية قوية. Our manufacturing facility spans 83,000 square metres in Kafr Hakim, Kerdassa, Giza, providing the scale and integrated capabilities required to serve major international markets while maintaining a strong Egyptian manufacturing base.
انطلقت رحلتنا بفضل العمل الريادي للمهندس محمد مرزوق، الذي أرسى أسس التميز الصناعي لدى الشركة. واستمرت هذه الرؤية بقيادة المهندس محمود غزال، المؤسس ورئيس مجلس الإدارة، الذي يقود اليوم مسيرة نمو الشركة وتوسعها في صناعة النسيج والملابس. Our journey began with the pioneering work of Engineer Mohamed Marzouk, whose commitment to industrial excellence helped establish NTI's manufacturing foundation. This vision has continued under the leadership of Engineer Mahmoud Ghazal, Founder and Chairman, driving the company's growth, development and expansion across the textile and garment industry.

منذ أكثر من ثلاثة عقود، بدأت رحلتي في صناعة النسيج في مصر، وتعلمت خلالها أن بناء صناعة قوية لا يعتمد فقط على الإنتاج، وإنما على الخبرة، والجودة، والابتكار، وقبل كل ذلك الإنسان. More than three decades ago, I began my journey in Egypt's textile industry, and along the way I learned that building a strong industry doesn't depend on production alone — it depends on experience, quality, innovation, and above all, people.
في عام ٢٠٠٥، أسست النيل للصناعات النسجية برؤية واضحة: أن نبني شركة مصرية قادرة على المنافسة عالميًا، وأن نقدم منتجات تعكس جودة وكفاءة التصنيع المصري، وتلبي تطلعات أكبر الأسواق والعلامات التجارية حول العالم. In 2005, I founded Nile Textile Industries with a clear vision: to build an Egyptian company capable of competing globally, and to deliver products that reflect the quality and efficiency of Egyptian manufacturing, meeting the expectations of the world's leading markets and brands.

I believe real growth isn't measured only by production volume or exports, but by our ability to build long-term partnerships, create new opportunities, adopt more sustainable practices, and contribute to the development of Egypt's textile industry.
واليوم، باعتبار النيل للصناعات النسجية الذراع الصناعي لمجموعة MGS للصناعة، التي أتشرف برئاسة مجلس إدارتها وتولي منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لها، نواصل العمل برؤية أوسع لتطوير قدراتنا، وتعزيز حضورنا في الأسواق العالمية، وفتح آفاق جديدة للنمو، مستندين إلى خبرات تراكمت عبر سنوات طويلة، وإلى إرث عائلي يمتد في صناعة النسيج. Today, as Nile Textile Industries stands as the industrial arm of MGS Industries — where I am honoured to serve as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer — we continue to work with a broader vision: growing our capabilities, strengthening our presence in global markets, and opening new horizons for growth, drawing on years of accumulated experience and a family legacy rooted in the textile industry.
طموحي لم يتغير منذ البداية: أن أرى التصنيع المصري حاضرًا بقوة على خريطة صناعة النسيج العالمية، وأن نثبت أن المنتج المصري قادر على المنافسة، ليس فقط من حيث الجودة، ولكن أيضًا من حيث الابتكار والالتزام والقيمة التي نقدمها لعملائنا. My ambition hasn't changed since day one: to see Egyptian manufacturing stand firmly on the global textile map, and to prove that the Egyptian product can compete — not only in quality, but in innovation, commitment, and the value we deliver to our clients.
